Making a Claim or Complaint
To help you submit a claim or complaint easily and quickly, please send the following required information via email to shop@skewed.com:
What we need

Your Order Number and Product Name: This information can be found in your original order confirmation.

A Clear Description of the Problem: Explain exactly what is wrong or damaged.

Pictures of the Product:

Images clearly showing the defect(s).

Pictures showing the entire product.

Pictures of the Packaging (if applicable): If the product arrived broken or damaged in transit, we need pictures of the external packaging, regardless of whether the box or bag was complete or already damaged upon arrival.
Important notes

Do not return the product until your claim or complaint has been reviewed and approved by our customer service team.

Online Orders: All complaints regarding online purchases must be processed through our customer service via email.

In-Store Purchases: If you bought the product at one of our physical stores, you can submit your complaint directly at any of our store locations

Exclusions
Normal Wear and Tear.
Claims for damage resulting from normal wear and tear are excluded from this policy. Wear and tear is defined as the expected deterioration of an item due to ordinary use, age, or environmental exposure, including but not limited to: cosmetic imperfections, fading, scratching, minor corrosion, or gradual material breakdown. This policy is intended to cover sudden and unforeseen damage, not the inevitable effects of time and use.
