Shipping Charges
Our shipping rates depend on the chosen shipping method and the weight of your order. We offer the following shipping methods:

Processing: Orders are processed and shipped on weekdays (Monday – Friday). Weekend orders will be processed on the following weekday.

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track international orders on DHL.com or UPS.com. Swedish national orders on DHL.com. .

In-Store Pickup & Uncollected Packages
In-Store Pickup
Local customers may select In-Store Pickup at checkout. Once you receive a confirmation that your order is ready, please bring a photo ID to the store for collection.
Uncollected Packages
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred from packages that are uncollected and subsequently returned to us.
Legal: Tax, Duties, and Trade
Tax-Free (Non-EU Customers)
All listed prices include 25% VAT (Swedish tax).

Customers outside the European Union (EU) will not be charged this tax at checkout. This is done to help offset any potential import duties or fees that may be added upon arrival in your country.

We have no control over local customs policies or import duties and cannot estimate these charges.

Returns due to Customs: If a parcel is returned to us because customs charges were higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction amount minus all incurred costs (e.g., shipping and return fees).
