We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after you receive your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval for a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The quickest and most efficient way to get the item you want is to follow a simple two-step process:

Return the item you currently have (following the standard return process).

Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
This method ensures the fastest delivery of your desired replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have an additional right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification.
To exercise this right, your item must still meet the following return criteria:

Refund Timeline
If your refund is approved, the funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method.
Please keep in mind that while we process the refund quickly, it can take up to 10 days for the funds to actually appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.
